I used my Facebook yesterday and I try to login to the account this morning but I can't.
I try using forgotten password.
I enter the email I used to register but is telling me account does not exist

Hackers don't need your password to access your account. If your password is weak,or you are a type that clicks on every link you see,your account can be phished and hacked
