Majority of Delta North doesn't see themselves has Igbos, they would rather join Niger Delta were they would be treated with respect. If Igbo in South East can be treated like salves because of Osu, what will now happen to them
They are welcome to stay

Where in delta are you talking about? Is it Asaba, Umunede, Agbor, Aniocha North and South and Osimili North and South that you say don't see themselves as Igbo?

Where exactly are you from sef? Cos I can bet you're not from any SS state.

“I was encouraged by what I heard, nobody told me. Two statements from the south-south. One by the elderly people, they said this time around there would be no (secession). And again the youth made the same statement; such encouragement,” Buhari said.

I am an Igbo person and in support of Biafra (though, not the IPOB way). You see this cryptic message President Buhari just sent is a master stroke and I applaud him for that, he is beginning to match up and that means we have to match him up better.

Now to the main point, the highlighted quote up there is nothing but the truth. I have carefully analysed and dissected Nigeria economically and politically and without bias, I can and will tell you that Niger-Delta is the piece holding Nigeria together. The talk of secession is rubbish without the South South endorsement and the quickest way to end Nigeria is for the S.S to say they are no longer interested.

So, as long as those leaders gave him their support,he has nothing to worry about. It's painful, but that's the fact.

The only worry is that, for a people/region that is the fulcrum to a Nation like Nigeria, the Niger Delta is fast asleep. Maybe the few billions they throw at then is ok but the the day the people of Niger Delta wake up (and I don't mean by blowing up oil pipelines or giving Ghana must go to the likes of Asari and Tompolo) but a radical ideological and behavioural change, then Nigeria will wake up and overtake Nations that have left her behind.

Niger Deltans wake up, stop drinking, stop all vices and act like the mill oiling this engine called Nigeria.

Always speaking as if he has any atom of strength. What a country led by him

You saw him and his minions get a boner because a handful of so called ‘we south-south’ said they will ‘deny Igbos/Biafra access to the sea’! Fools hinging hopes on a false narrative sold to them by fools that think they can deny Igbos sea access!

Isn’t it strange that they know this, yet they’re still spilling innocent Igbo blood instead of them parting ways with Ndigbo so we can ‘suffer as a dot in a circle’ as he says!?

You can now understand all these bastards on here that keep on opening threads and arguing how Igbos/Biafra doesn’t have access to the sea! They and Buhari are all cut from the same bloodstained rag!

I don't support succession but know this. One person or group of persons claiming south elders or youths can't decide the fate of the region. Each state or senatorial zone will have to decide if actually a referendum is organized. You may never know the true wish of the South South people until a UN backed referendum is organized.

BTW, the so called biafran apologists better recalculate.

Your neighbours are not with you.

You better settle down, and enjoy Nigeria without emotions.

Make alliances without caring about whose region is thrown under the bus or any precolonial links.

Behave like a majority ethnic group.

``Secessio[b]nists targeting Ogoni resources, MOSOP alleges```

Dennis Naku

June 8, 2021

THE Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP) said it would resist any attempt by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to impose its activities on the Ogoni people.

MOSOP President, Fegalo Nsuke, stated this in Eeken, Khana Local Government Area, where he met with the kingdom coordinators and chapter leaders of MOSOP in Babbe kingdom of Ogoni.

Nsuke said the Ogoni people were not part of the Biafra agitation, pointing out that the pursuit of the Ogoni people in Rivers State was different from what Biafra represented.

He insisted that the Ogoni people would not tolerate any force or coercion into an exclusive Ibo nation whose design was to advance the powers and domination of the Ibo people over the Ogoni of the Niger Delta region.

He said, “While Ogoni have no issues with the Ibo people pursuing their legitimate courses that seek to enforce their desired freedoms, the Ogoni people should not be coerced into the struggles of the Ibo people.”

He said the Ogoni people have pursued the cause of justice in Nigeria and have not coerced any sections of Nigeria into their struggles, saying, “We will likewise resist any attempt to impose Biafra or anything like it on us".

He further said Ogoni were grappling with serious abuses that threatened their existence in Nigeria, adding that they still felt better in a multi-ethnic Nigeria than in an Ibo-dominated Biafra where experiences proved they could completely go extinct.

Even when we wake up and decide to leave Nigeria, Igbo will not be part of our country. We will create the Niger Delta Republic. Do your own thing and leave us out of your problems The Niger Delta owes you nothing. We are not your brothers.

Buhari just expressed the real reason the FG is not taking ipob secessionists seriously; they lack critical support from the SS, without which a Biafra comprising just the 5 SE states would be no different from a Lesotho encircled by South Africa. Until and unless SS people embrace ipob like most igbos do, ipob are just wasting their time and the lives of igbo youths. That's just the truth. As it stands, the 6 SW Yoruba states stand a far more realistic chance of seceding from Nigeria than the 5 SE igbo states, for obvious reasons.

UN will not conduct a Referendum without sampling a few opinion, they will speak to leaders 1st and that will determine everything.
Is the referendum by force

Baba Buhari this is what we have been telling IPOB since 5 years

Biafra without the South South is like a Luxury Bus with no Wheels

It cannot move an Inch

But the runaway fugitive Nnamdi Kanu has been bombarding them with lies about a Biafran El Dorado

One look at Map and they would see that God has Given the South South a nearly Complete Stranglehold over the South East

In fact God gave the South South all the Joker Cards for Biafra’s independence

The Prayers the South South People Prayed must have been very powerful indeed because God answered them very Mightily

There is no stranglehold except the one in your mind. Lesotho and Swaziland are two independent countries inside South Africa, but Lesotho and Swaziland have their own currency, their own anthem, their own flag, their own military and everything

So where is the stranglehold? If Biafra is just the 5 South East states, it can function fully as an independent country just like Lesotho and Swaziland

“And the way they are spread all over the country, having businesses and properties, I don’t think IPOB knows what they are talking about[/quote]

As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in the end, go and google search Sam Aluko's interview after the civil war.
Sam Aluko was employed by Ojukwu as a personal adviser.
Pay attention to the advice that Sam Aluko gave to Ojukwu concerning the people of modern day SS.
It was supposed to be the winning strategy but did Ojukwu listen?.
The same mistake was made by modern day secessionists, even if you guys are blood brothers, when children come of age treat them like adults.
What will it take the Biafrans to call the leaders of SS to a meeting and make concessions?.
They keep laying claims to SS while people there are going to Abuja to support Buhari.
Shame.
