Am not pro buhari..but I respect his stance here. Sometimes you have to stand your ground. Do let this nerd kids push you around. Twitter was pretending they do not know who Buhari is What a lie. They just flexing muscles. If you see a president tweet you are suppose to honor it. Call his chief or adviser and talk with them. You dont just proceed to take it down. Who you be. He using your platform yes but over his elected people. You are not our leader. You don't get to supercede the authority of a democratic leader.. right or wrong is a matter of opinion. Good job bubu for holding your ground. As for Nigerian. No white man will respect you if you don't have self worth. Learn to respect your country. They will respect you in return. 11 Likes |

This is a move in the right direction. Nigeria is a sovereign nation. Whoever is the president must be respected. Say no to hate speech. |

You just have to give it to all these retired generals. They know how to put insolent people in their place. Thumbs up to my beloved president!! Twitter not only insulted our president, they insulted all Nigerians. We Nigerians need to begin to understand our worth as Africa's largest market for many prominent foreign goods and investments. The foreigners make it seem like we need them far more than they need us. But the reality is different. We all need one another. So, no one is really the ultimate boss. But these arrogant foreigners don't want to acknowledge that fact that we are all the same, and need one another. 3 Likes |

larryjonze: Any government has the right to censor Twitter, or any social media platforms for that matter. Nigeria will not be the first to ban Twitter. Russia threatened to ban Twitter some time back, and Twitter deleted the contents causing the fracas. They must comply with all our directives. We are not a small country. 1 Like |

post=102617438: The blockheads have a problem with thinking & comprehension. They still don't see anything wrong in what Twitter did - blinded by their selfish & bloody ambitions. Though,,,, I still don't like you when you comment like a politician & not a Nigerian. I'm first a Nigerian before any Political Party! 1 Like

Twitter must work with the Nigerian government to ensure stability and peace, twitter must censor posts that seeks to promote wars, spread propaganda and lies, against the Nigerian government. We must understand that Nigeria is beyond Buhari. 2 Likes |

BluntTheApostle: OMG !! you don't even know censor/gag and ban don't mean the same , your mumuness deserve as an award, you don't know censorship of twitter is synonymous to scrambling our freedom of expression. No country has censored or gagged twitter, the only thing that can happen is ban, it quiet preposterous that buhari supporters now cite russsia, france buh there tryanny master is alway calling on Uk& US for support & loans. buh when is comes to doing the right thing we remember we are a sovereign nation. Twitter is only luring naija govt, to expose the dictator we call a leader ... twitter its a global world, they can't change there rules becos of one developing nation. |

larryjonze: What you Nigerians do is the equivalent of what many local women do in marriage. Insult there husband and kneel before daddy g.o This terrain belongs to Buhari. If anything Buhari regulates tweeter on "his" tuff. Many of you are just too irritatingly submissive. Learn to call some threat bluffs. Grow balls dam it!. White men honor patriotism and strenght. You don have that they notice and walk over you. .what make you think they dont respect their largest African market and are afraid to loose it? You don't see their fears. They see yours. you don't go into bargains with your mouth ready to kiss ass. It's weakling move bro. You paying for the service. It's not free. Businessman knows his heart. Again nice one bubu. You stood your ground. Who is calling for a truce now?. |

Adakintroy:. what twitter has given me is a platform to express myself to the world, on the contrary zombies are the ones stupidly submissive to buhari tryant/dictatorship govt. Twitter are just doing the norm, the govt made an accusation its only normal they respond, its not begging. africa largest market that can't boast of one refinery, african giant that can't survive a year without borrowing. what i consider weakling is to be dependent |
