It means nothing. Twitter changed their algorithm to trend the protest.

Stop misleading the people.

Your vpn means nothing and trending in america means nothing.

We know you are holding back tears.

The pain is too much for BMC to bear.

The fact that you lots’ lord and savior is now having his dirty linens washed in presence of the world is something you ever imagined, did you?

If he didn’t ban Twitter, his misdeeds would have been restricted to Nigerian Twitter, now shit is worldwide.

And you say u are not pained?

Nobody democratically elected buhari for second term, he rigged himself into office. Nigerians made a terrible mistake by believing his lies in 2015 but nobody voted that useless man for second term

Instead of silencing Nigerians as initially planned, the ban has brought Naija matter worldwide.

EndSARS was trending in Nigeria & mostly noted by foreign celebs attuned to Nigeria but this time, every regular person in Canada, Netherlands, US, Poland, Germany is now following the protests live. grin grin cheesy

Hahaha...It just means Twitter is not as popular as you think .
USA,Europe with a mostly literate population of about half a billion people is now dominated by tweets coming from a country with active users of around less than 400K active users
No wonder Twitter is a loss making company

Nigerians are getting it right now, cos the past generations was cowardly letting politicians get away with their atrocities...

You're uncouth . Holding a different opinion in a healthy and civilised manner is helpful at all times, unfortunately, it is exactly what you're struggling with. It's a character flaw when you 'disagree ' with hate and bigotry. It's such toxicity not reined in by Jack that killed Twitter and now a country with less than 400K active users can dominate it. Perhaps most people in the West have left Twitter with Trump. It's an interesting perspective that shouldn't warrant uncouth remark if you don't have a poor upbringing and character flaw.

I laugh when zombies say this

Nobody is really asking for him to be kicked out by protest (since military, nass don't know their work)

However all these are to force the international community to make him do the right thing

Which is protect the people from fulani Terrorist, the economy etc

He is a saddist that is delibrately making the people suffer, so the people need to force him to do the right thing e.g Endsars that ended sars

I think it has already vindicated us when we said only Buhari and his zombies left Twitter

This is a supposed banned nation, overshadowing the home of Twitter and others (Nobody sensible left Twitter)

This is a referendum to jack that we prefer our free speech to any regulated zombie deal that buhari want to give him.

The Nigeria market is still there, we continue to use vpn, we continue to add to the numbers of viewership strength upon which Jack makes money

A wise business man would always take what the market wants over what the regulator who isn't the market wants

Very correct.
Many people do not understand what this means from a foreign investments standpoint.

Why would an international investor want to invest his funds in a nation that is trending for the wrong reasons on Twitter when he has options to put his funds more stable and welcoming countries?

FG indeed shot itself in the foot with this ban and the trend will continue for as long as Nigerians use VPN to access Twitter. If FG is waiting on Twitter to come and beg, they will wait for ever because they should be begging Twitter now.

Buhari that historically refused to grant press interviews is suddenly jumping from one interview to the other because he knows the world has seen he's underperformed, lacks control of his government and his advisors/cabal do not deserve the roles assigned to them.

Even if FG calls off the Twitter ban, I wish Nigerians still don't stop using VPN so the entire world sees what is happening in Nigeria, and not just the local populace.

And what exactly do you want them to do about it?

Remove a democratically elected president you voted in yourselves twice.

You're looking for help that would never come from neo colonialists.

Everyone knows you can't just remove a democratically elected president through protests. Protests are intended to raise awareness about issues and get the government working on its flaws. Thats better than just folding hands and assuming everything is perfect when its not while the entire nation is being shattered.
