I think you should go to the hospital cos since you have nipple thrush already, you and your baby will keep reinfecting each other and it mightn’t resolve early. My baby’s own went in less than a week. My nipples were not infected though.

Good evening mama’s.My 3 weeks baby has white coating on his tongue and lips.He is always fussy especially at night and sometimes cries even when sucking.
I notice that my nipple alway hurt and pains anytime he puts his mouth on it and this is different from the initial pain. This is more of a stabbing pain.I read online that it might be oral and nipple trush. Please anyone who has experienced this should give me any tips.it is making me fear breastfeeding and I wonder the kind of pain he is going through. Thanks

The weight is really okay,at one yr she has to triple her birthweight. She is almost achieving that at months. Pls dont overfeed your baby oo
Ok thanks. she was 3.4kg at birth.
How do I know I have overfed her?
I always feed her at intervals of 3Hrs, so she won't lack nutrients.
Am I doing it right?

Hello mothers, I just came across this thread
is it normal to still be bleeding after two weeks of birth, epidural was done...
2.Baby cord has not fall and it's week 2 already.
please help

For the baby cord ,clean the cord well with cotton wool soaked in Methylated spirit each time you change diaper. If you are consistent it will fall off soon

Hi mamas, please can an experienced mama tell me the difference between NAN optipro 1, and NAN optipro 2. A friend advised me to continue with Nan 1 even when my baby crosses 6 months as it is more nutritious. Is it advisable?

I used both and it was very okay

Good evening mamas, please my 9 month old babies's tongues seem dirty (I guess due to food and milk residue). Can it be cleaned? If yes, how? Thanks.

Get glycerin from the pharmacy then soak a little on cottonwood and dilute with little water to clean the tongue.(wrap the cottonwool round your finger so you can control the movement in ur child's mouth and and not go too deep)

Original Shea butter mixed with a little drop of original honey for body and sabamed baby soap

Mamas please I need advice. My one month old baby has nasal congestion (His nose feels stuffy from the way he breaths). He feels uncomfortable and he has been sneezing a bit. No fever ...please is there anything I can do for relief?

Add a few drops of silverbird oil into his hair oil and apply to his soft part of his head and cover with cap so it will sooth him gradually( pls don't apply the eucalyptus oil directly to his hair)

Hello mummies,

Please what’s the easiest and fastest way to wean a baby? We are 18 months, feeding on demand day and night. I tried aloe vera but didn’t work and I don’t have the option of leaving the baby at a family member’s. Please advise, thank you.

Is he showing readiness for solids? Does he sit with or without support?
You can try Hein.z or Ger.ber porridges and burgers purees first. They are for babies from 4 months old. Then try Nutribo.m banana and apple flavour, just make sure it is light in texture before feeding
Thank you

Steam inhalation.
Apply some maybe 3drops of baby Mentholatum or silverbird in steaming hot water. Sit on chair while carrying him and cover both of you with a thick blanket.
Let him inhale the steam and watch his airways open. Also give vit c to boost immunity.
