Hi mamas, please can an experienced mama tell me the difference between NAN optipro 1, and NAN optipro 2. A friend advised me to continue with Nan 1 even when my baby crosses 6 months as it is more nutritious. Is it advisable?

NAN 1 is 0-6 months, Nan2 is for 6 months - 12 months, each has been formulated according to the age range so please cross to NAN 2 as soon as your child clock 6 months

Help!

My 8 months old baby isn't crawling yet
Hi Mom,
So apart from crawling, have you checked the other development milestones? Can your baby...
Sit without support
Control the neck
Wiggle the legs while lying on the tummy, etc?

If yes, there's no cause for alarm.
My 7 month old sits well, stands, rolls over, claps, yet hasn't started crawling.
They will do at their own time

Hello mamas. Thanks to everyone that contribute here, its really been a go to forum for people like us who really dont have anyone to run to. Pls my son just clocked 5months and I would like him to start eating something else apart from breastmilk. Pls kindly suggest good cereals or purees I could try.

Is he showing readiness for solids? Does he sit with or without support?
You can try Hein.z or Ger.ber porridges and burgers purees first. They are for babies from 4 months old. Then try Nutribo.m banana and apple flavour, just make sure it is light in texture before feeding

Good morning experienced mamas.

I am a first time mother and my baby is over 5 weeks.

I am kind of worried my baby doesn't respond to sound. Hubby plays the home theatre very loud sometimes especially when baby is sleeping just to see if he'll be frightened.

Please l want to if it's normal

d baby is just 5 weeks n stil growing.
Secondly playing loud music near a new born is totally unacceptable, u wil just damage her fragile ear drums

Oh i can’t wait for such a time. I feel like i would never get tired of hearing him speak. I’ll submit the form this week. They’ll most likely subscribe him for speech therapy.

Thank u for the shoulder and strength you’ve given me. My hope is even stronger. He might just be taking his time. I after all waited for 13months for him to cut his first tooth.

I have about 7-10 kids songs and phonics. He definitely knows it so well that he makes sounds and babbles just before they do it.

I strongly wish he’d pick up before he his 3years in November. Thanks again sis.

You are welcome sis.

I discovered that my 1 month old baby navel is getting a little bigger. I googled it ,it says it umbilical hernia and that it's very common and go away on it own before baby reach 6 months or 1 year. I want to know if other mamas have experienced this because I'm worried and thinking of taking him to hospital tomorrow. There is no discomfort it pain whatsoever

Is it true that covering a baby's legs with sand up to the knees will make them learn to walk fast?
