Bought a Nokia 9 Pureview last two years in Nigeria and within a year, the phone crashed! I didn't hit it on anything and I bought from Nokia so it's original. Forgot the guarantee period was one year and didn't go back to their office since I was traveling.. When I finally did, it was just two weeks after the "guarantee period" expired! Folks there said I have to either go for a new one or pay almost the price of a new one for a "swap"! This is their high end phone! I couldn't have spent half a million on one model of phone! Have dropped the phone angrily! I really liked that phone with all the cameras that gave it the feel of a cockpit instrument... Been a big fan of Nokia and have been using Nokia from day one but that shabby treatment pushed me to other alternatives..

Nokia made a regrettable mistake in their delay to switch to android devices. They had already denominated the market back then. But their refusal to cooperate with the global change now have them scrambling behind Itel, Tecno and Infinix.
