SOUTH EAST = OPEN GUTTER + NO SIDEWALK SPECIALISTS.

ROADS ARE ONLY BUILT FOR THOSE WITH CARS.

PEDESTRIANS DON'T COUNT.

IF YOU HAVE NO CAR, YOU CAN WALK INSIDE THE OPEN GUTTER.

I'M SURE WHEN BIAFRA COMES, THAT WILL ALL SUDDENLY CHANGE.

SPIT.

Road be like something constructed by a medical doctor.
See drainage, it's as if they used knife in digging the trench, and used trowel to splatter the concrete therein. Very poor shoddy work.

See what they call ring road, it's as if they just placed the asphalt on the earth.... Honestly, the Abians have got good human development, if the government could complement that, the state will be one of the most developed in NGN
