They no longer go for arrests, rather they beg the Vigilantes to do it for them and will then hand over the suspect to them. Nothing you could do. There is a real danger you may be lynched as his suspected accomplice if you try to intervene on your own without the assistance of the police.

I don't think he is happy. Just suffering from compassion fatigue. Nigeria can do that to anyone. We were all shocked and disturbed when Chibok girls kidnapping happened. Today we do not care anymore as it is a daily occurrence and part of life.

Yesterday another kidnapping was announced and I did not even bother reading the full story. Every Nigerian now just worries about themselves, their immediate loved ones and their own personal situation alone.
