Which criminals? Has the government been able to arrest all the bandits up north killing and maiming innocent souls. In our present Nigeria, every region must have its own freedom fighters in order for the people of that region to survive.

As a Niger Deltan - I know Tomplolo can blow up oil installations that will turn Nigeria destitute in 30 days - to the extent State Governors will have to queue up to collect food rations - The Nigerian Army can kill him or arrest him anytime but the aftermath is what they are afraid off
