As a Niger Deltan - I know Tomplolo can blow up oil installations that will turn Nigeria destitute in 30 days - to the extent State Governors will have to queue up to collect food rations - The Nigerian Army can kill him or arrest him anytime but the aftermath is what they are afraid off

Will the benefit of killing him be commensurate with the cost of oil installations being blown up by his lieutenants ? It will be so unwise to do so
