Meet Master Joshua, A Nigerian Genius Who Built A Robot That Obeys Voice Commands.

Master Joshua Udedibia is an SS1 student of St. John Science and Technical College Alor in Anambra State, Nigeria. In May 15th 2021, the young brain won a highly competitive artificial intelligence competition at Port-Harcout, Rivers State organized by Society of Petroleum Engineers Section 103 Port-Harcourt (South-South and South-East), sponsored by "Total & Shell Oil Companies" He built a robot that obeys voice command and in the process won the first position out of many entries for Anambra State and his school.

Nigeria and Africa continent needs such brains as we trail other continents of the world in technology advancement. This is the time for the government of Nigeria and Africa to encourage young scientifically gifted talents by giving them the needed support for them to excel globally. The victory of young Master Joshua confirms that there is still hope for Nigeria and Africa.

The government of Anambra State, Federal Ministry of Education and thier counterpart in Science and Technology including the Presidency should work in synergy and tap these emerging young talents and build them into tomorrow's tech leaders.

We congratulate the indefatigable Governor of Anambra State for his continued support to education and his partnership with the churches in moulding tomorrow's leaders in Anambra State.
