Definitely IK is the boss, but Ebuka is also excellent. No need comparing at this level, they are not in an audition but real life

My best today are

Francis, Kingdom, and Akunna in that order. But Kingdom nearly stole it's from Francis with the second performance. My vote would be on Kingdom.

Those keeping comfort in should fear God

IK is spontaneous, funny and witty. Ebuka is more or less a by-the-book presenter, competent but predictable. IK anyday seven times a week for me.

Comfort it's time to pack and go. Her performance for today was too childish

Kingdom shaves it as the best performer of this week for me. His 2nd performance was one of the all time best performances on this season and I can only think of Francis' rendition of Sam Smith's writing on the wall competing in this regard.

I don't know what Mr. P was brought in on the show to do. An obviously biased judge he is. Imagine choosing Akunna as the best performer in all the contests which was an obviously influenced decision.

I like Comfort, she's got a soothing sweet voice, but she should go home abeg. Her performances while generally okay are too much in her comfort zone. It's like she's just cruising while the other contestants are fighting which isnt fair on them. She also appears to be unable to hit high notes without sounding cringey. She has improved alright but needs to leave. But knowing Nigerians, they might pull off an Efe on her.

By the way, who else has noticed how Obi Asika has suddenly turned the most objective and analytical among the judges over the past few weeks. A refreshing change from the follow-follow style he was doing earlier on on the show.

I'm sure he got feedback from the online backlash then. Good to know that these guys read our comments.

Kudos to Obi. He's my favourite judge now.

I would definitely say. Nigerian Idols is less sentimental than the voice. A breath of fresh air than the Naija factor be-devilling the voice ATM

I will like to see Faith Jason perform under duress. Amongst the contestants he has being the only one that have not yet performed under tension. So if he qualifies, they should call him last. He is always amongst top 4 to be called. I.K needs to tense him a little bit

For me,Kingdom remains unrivalled so far!

The top 3 if I were to choose is

Kingdom

Faith

Francis
In that order

Followed by Akunna and comfort
Dunno y Akunna's voice doesn't wow me. She always choose songs best suited for her voice. Not impressed. Faith has amazing voice and talent. Francis too. Kingdom is in a class of his own....voice control and perfect pitch always.

Let's get to last 3. Then let all fans join hands and eliminate comfort
Mk her people dey waste money. Shingbai she no go see.

I would want to put it in the order of Kingdom and Francis almost at Par, with Akunna and Faith up there too. Any of them could clinch this at this point, but I tilt towards Kingdom or Francis winning this.

I find it funny when people make the bolded statement for a singing competition. It's a singing competition where you either turn up or go out. Playing to your strength is the best way to remain in the game because there is no room for experimentation. You either deliver or you leave. Many incredible singers missed out at the audition stage or couldn't make it to finals because of poor song choice their voice could not do justice to. So far, choosing the songs that best suit their voices have kept Atela, Faith, and Akunna in the competition. As for Kingdom, na all rounder.

You over hit the nail for the head. Well said. Without adding sentiments, Kingdom is the show. Apart from Ayee where he sang below par cos of the song choice and huge tension, The guy dey burst brain with him voice.

Francis comes next. There are places his voice doesn't really connect but as a smart guy, he quickly changes it.

Faith: He didn't do any justice to Awele song. And I usually feels he sings with his nose and his performances have been below par recently. Also I will like to watch him sing under tension

Akunna: The last lady standing
Comfort: it's time to go. Her last performance was a child's play. When comfort sings no energy, no dynamics. She was part of my fav before, but now the show is for big boys and girl. Not for kids anymore.

Yeah. His voice fluantuates sometimes. He has a very good opening voice. When he gets to middle, his voice starts shaking.
If Francis lead worship for church, middle of the song you go open eyes. Lol

They are doing two performances from different genres just like last week. First is reggae.

Imagine Comfort singing a reggae song. I'll just turn off my TV.

Can't wait for someone to perform redemption song. Chills. Any of the 4 singers will kill the song. I trust them.

Notice I said 4 singers. Comfort isn't a singer. She's a joke.
