I'm speaking for them on good authority. As a person who has several Idoma people in my circle, well learned and exposed. I've been intimidated on the Igede issue once or twice. Suffice for me to say Igede are an integral part of the Idoma nation. The Idoma nation which is perhaps up to twice the size you know Idoma to be today.
