Help My Samsung Galaxy Prime Is Not Browsing by Pauling(op): 10:18pm On Jun 21, 2021

My Samsung device was once used oversea and i don't know maybe it comes with a settings. The problem is it only works with Wi-Fi but the normal mobile data will not work. Unable to connect, check your network settings.

Have tried my best in the settings to no avail.
Please have you encounter similar issues, how did you go about it because it's annoying.

Is it sim locked? (Tied to a particular network?)

no, all sim are working on it. I can call and recieved call, including messages. The only issue is browsing.

Take it to the nearest phone repairer to install stock rom software update.

just add an access point (APN). MTN apn = Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net. Airtel apn =Internet.ng.airtel.com

have tried this, if i can get the full apn. Lots of inputs are there and i don't know what to fill in them. Thanks

It might be 2G even if starts browsing....I used one before....
