I don't know who to blame here because the police did a good job by apprehended a cultist but if the soldier appeal to bail the suspect can't be met the police supposed to forward the case to court. Had it been the soldier man was to be a civilian he has become a cultist too and there by pay high amount of money to bail himself. The law say under 24hrs should one be detained in police custody if there's no any concrete evidence but here they will lock you till your bank manager call you that your bank account is empty. |
