Good morning sir, I use an LG HT 358 SD 45W home theatre with the small round speakers but the DVD has an issue. It can’t go above a sound level with the sub woofer connected. It’ll just cut off sound.

Should I get a replacement and if so, how much will it cost at your end?

it has an IC problem. I had similar experience with mine sometime ago. it doesn't cost much to fix.

The electrician charges 3500 for everything. A specialist is better informed on the type of ic needed.
