A government offering this program at this time will make it bank account number available to the public...

Most government sites though looks poor still tries to run on https

They will make their phone number available too..and not just one

Usually about 3 different phone numbers

Most government sites especially for programs like this uses .gov.ng as their domain extension

And even if they are not ready..their sites and certain elements like PDF files will still be available if you know how

Most govenerment websites do not use paystack as their form of payments

And even if they want to use them...they will integrate pay stack directly on site

And not the use of a payment links from pay stack



That's just a few

There are still many things been discussed on fb that shows they are scammers
