flat plate with a lifespan of 10years that's ridiculous mehn. Only LifePo4 can give u that kinda lifespan mehn. But if the setup has enough panels it may reach 4yrs at most.

Mine didn't come with cartons too, they told me they were brand new and I believed them and I also didn't check the date.

My only suprise here is the price, when I purchased mine over a year ago it was 145k and from the poor performance of Naira vs Dollar the price is supposed to be bumped to 200k.
Please do check well to make sure they are giving you brand new batteries.

Monbat is great bro.
The only better battery is Lithium which is very very expensive.
I will vouch for Monbat but make sure it is brand new from Europe and not fairly used.

That's nice to knw .. I have a microtek 2300 inverter , a fangpusun charge controller for a (24V system) & 6 panels .. but my battries ain't it at all .. mercury ( korea) 200ah..when I first did the installation.. the battery backup was awesome by morning I still have abt 70% charge left.. but after the 6th month mehn it barely last till 1am dis days.. i'm definitely gonna get monbat.. thanks a lot

Thanks B4 my batteries started acting up .. I do have abt 70% charge by morning.. I think the thing is.. doz batteries weren't of good quality.. most people I contacted told me mercury batteries wuld fail within a yr.. not to worry.. I now stand wit #team monbat#.. I'll give a honest review once I pick up my replacement batteries.. much appreciation..& thanks a bunch

I use both but I don't depend on Nepa.
Charges are mostly done by the solar panels.

Is the 10 years lifespan for monbat for real or just marketing gimmicks?

Monbat is better than Quanta. But Quanta is also a very strong product. Recently the low quality product of both are in the market. Just know where to buy yours with warranty that’s all.
