Please I am posting this on nairaland because I know I will get the information here. Please is there any Private Military Contractor (PMC) in Nigeria?

If there is, how can I join and what's their as a young man with no prior military experience.

Most recruits are mainly people with military or paramilitary experience.
There's pmc's here. But it's hush hush.
Defence industry that manufactures handguns and akm in Nigeria has a pmc wing.

The contractors we have are not soldiers but procurement contractors, go to ministry of defence and register.

Thanks for your response sir but I am not looking to apply as a procurement contractor but rather as private military personnel.

No PMCs in Nigeria. Only in South Africa you can see such. You want to become a Merc? Hope you've got what it takes to be one. You can try Aegis group then.

Non like that, the best u can get is if some one like a service chief employs u as a PA, then he can appoint and commission you directly into the service, or alternatively work with ONSA, u can enjoy military privileges
