I don’t know if there’s still hope for PDP because the defection don too much.

. That is to tell south east people that they have no single leaders in there region except Senator Abaribe. I'm from South west best the way South east governors are decamping to APC show that all southern leaders are not worthy to be calling leaders but dealers. Posterity will never be kind to them all to their fourth generation.

That's because you are using your traditional political existence to interprete how Igbos exist as a tribe. The strongest political unit in Igboland remains the Umunna. That's why a Government official can swing one way with the people ignoring him completely. This is strange to most tribes in Africa.

Your friends are decamping into APC because they know PDP is dying a slow and painful death. There is a consolation though, APC itself will soon implode and two parties would emerge from it.

2023 elections will be between those two APC daughter parties, PDP is not in the equation. As a result, expect more defections into APC even from smaller parties like SDP, APGA etc.
