The ICOACHWS 2021 will be commenced by creating an amalgamated global platform where enthusiastic researches, medical practitioner, policy makers, stakeholders, intellectual scholars, and many more getting together for a common purpose of identifying the challenges and issues on ''AIDS, Covid- 19, Health, Wellness, & Society" to solve the particular issues by their combined research findings. The forthcoming international conference meeting is being organized by The Association for Health Alternatives (AHA) here in the United States of America.


Delegates are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 7 persons from each country or organization; you can also participate as an individual if you don’t have a group. The independent donors and the organization sponsors are responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa) application processing and Air round trip tickets to attend the conference and there will also be translators present at the conference for all major languages. Note that participants will only be responsible to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommended hotel.


Your registration file will be open after we have received your filled registration forms and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you to obtain a U.S visa to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be processed here in the United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country for the collection of your visa.

US official correspondences hardly begins with the above quote from the invitation. That writing above is Nigerian.

Nigerians will write and say, 'I hope and pray that this my mail meets you well'. If you are conversant with Nigerians style of writing, the above is a typical starting way. Oyibo hardly writes this way or ask you how was your night, weekend or family. They go straight to the point. They don't "pray that their mail finds you in good health or state of mind".

RED FLAG

1. The said conference will be in Dallas while the said hotel accomodation will be in Houston. The cities are at least 3 hours apart.

2. Why will a conference even pay for your visa and flight fees? It's normally the other way round.

3. The said hotel has no visible online presence, apart from it's website which I believe was created for the sole purpose of scamming. No reviews or nothing. Big red flag for an hotel said to host conference delegates.

4. The said hotel is missing on google map. The said address of the hotel is actually a residential street.

5. Your visa documents will be processed here in the United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country for the collection of your visa. . This is the biggest red flag of all.

Most conference invitation won't go on and on about visa processing in their emails. The architect of this email spent a better part of the email hammering on how you will get your visa- if this were one of those English essay exams where one is required to give a suitable name to your email... I will name it "getting a US visa"

On a serious note, no conference organizer will process your visa application anywhere in the world and also make paper presentation a must. Don't be surprised they will ask for a fee when you complain you can't write the so called paper. Besides all international conferences are on hold worldwide!!!

All legitimate conference in the USA can be found online by googling it...oga don't fall prey to cheap scam

That may be because it is a semi formal letter: CUSTOMER'S RELATIONS.

However, standard international conferences don't just send random messages to every Tom, D*ck and Harry. They either specify or require any interested person to find out themselves on their website.
