Good analysis, in addition:

1. There is nothing like “ U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs” in the US. The only department of USCIS that handles visas in the US is called National Visa Center -NVC and they don’t handle visitor or tourist visas.

2. All US visitor/tourist visas have to be initiated from an embassy abroad.

3. The two domain names, ie the one for the ‘hotel’ and the one for conference organizers are new and less than 8 months and they were registered on the same registry and were registered three days apart.

4. Both domain names will expire in October, 2021 ie in four months.

You see, there is no way in the world a hotel would not have some online presence at least on google map.
