How do I go about it?

I do have a pc for this stuff, but the environment I am in is anti progress/development/technology, so no light, no network, the pc is just lying useless like I had nothing, so I wish to sell it to get a phone instead.

or if anyone is interested in swapping, my location is oyo.

No...It is easier with a laptop. You can only do minimal stuff with phone, but when it comes into serious programming, you will need a laptop. Because whichever way you want to learn, you will need to download some programs for windows et al.

Solution: Simply change your environment. There are better places in Oyo State with good network coverage and light.
