It does not appear to me that KANU was arrested in UK or outside Nigeria. If he was, where was the extradition hearing sanctioning his removal to Nigeria to face trial. Once you arrest a fugitive in a foreign territory, you must take him to court in the foreign country to establish reasons he should be extradited to foreign country to stand trial. None happened in Kanu's case. Are we to suspect that he has received Umar Dikko treatment I.e Kidnapped abroad and smuggled into the country. Very interest days ahead.
