The Muslim women who started the scarves, caps, and turban business where making it in their rooms because their husbands kept them in purdah.
So many people have since bought into the ideas and beautiful patters are now coming out, na my korokoro eye I take see am as China man dey buy auto gele, wey one girl dey make for Oshodi he brought out some Chinese labels, attach them to the gele and place the gele into clean cartons and left.
I asked the girl making the gele what's up?, the girl was like the China man dey export the gele to outside Nigeria.
That girl has since moved into making beautiful caftans and Abayas and the funny thing is na the Chinaman dey bankroll her and business is booming, she has about six people working for her, now that's what I'm talking about.
If we don't produce we can't create jobs, I don't know if anyone here understand what I'm talking about.
