I think it is the cumulative you’ve used since you got that phone or using it for hotspot or wireless etc. An iPhone does not have monthly data usage per say, just it’s cumulative.

For me, I average about 178-250GB a month. This you can tell from your data plan on your network provider!

Abeg bro no vex, how Una dey do all this mega sub? Because nah just 5k for 20GB I dey do for MTN monthly. And e dey shock me as I dey see the kin data most of Una dey use for here
