Yeah, for Deloitte directly you're right.

But in this case, the job wasn't Deloitte's, rather they were the recruitment consultant for a tertiary institution in the east. There were various academic positions ranging from Graduate/Research Assistants to Professors in various disciplines.

Would they recruit only 25 year olds for this?
