Sorry o! I am not one to be moved by sentiments or by the crowd. The only thing I see wrong with this Kanu thing is probably the way he's arrested. The problem with us is that we would rather be sentimental about issues than tell ourselves truths. There's no really serious charge against the man. At most he may spend two years in jail for arms possession (that's if they can even prove it) then come out even stronger. But the FG is not wrong to hold him. And the matter about bandit, we all know it is a very complicated issue, except if we want to lie to ourselves simply because we love to hatethe government. Although Buhari is treating the bandits with two much free hand.

The only thing that can reset the sense of the FG is only if the Niger-Delta Militant can issue Ultimatum for the release of Nnamdi Kanu failure of which they will ground the economy by bombing oil installations. Bandits are displaying live ammunitions, killing and kidnappings students while govt is paying them ramsom but Agitators in the south are been treated like criminals, is that not double standard. I'm even surprised these Agitators dont have charms they can use to give invisible slaps on leaders terorizing and inflicting pains on the populace.
