The financial misdemeanours of Buhari or perhaps of his minions will be scary by the time it is revealed after his exit. Diezani's may pale in comparison to it.

The only positive he may have is the fact that he made some efforts in infrastructure compared to the zero attempt in the latter 8 years of PDP rule.

Nonetheless, the fact that he tried in infrastructure does not justify anyone stealing public money. Buhari may just turn out to be one of the thieves that has bled Nigeria after Abacha.
