Serap has a large dusty shelf full of court documents that stays irrelevant till this day.

They sue every goddamn day, but no one honors their invitation. The court doesn't even take them serious.

I'm even thinking SERAP is a one man organization that wakes up everyday to look for what to sue the president for.

Oga, the issue is that ur president doesn't obey court orders, he is above the law and they run the country anyhow.

This is a big case and should be answered. Omo, black race stup*d shaaa... No wonder they are all over the world running from one country to another.

Nobody takes them seriously because the thief in Aso Rock is an idiot who doesn't obey the rule of law. No matter what, if it was a system that works, he should honour the invitation.

Just 80 cases a year and that can't be processed?? What a fucking failed nation. Jacob Zuma had over 700 cases against him alone.

Jacob Zuma of South Africa has been in and out of court, as a matter of fact, his corruption cases forced him to resign as the President and he was just sentenced to jail recently.

That's a country. Not this rubbish where everyone in government is bigger than the constitution and the rule of law.

Fucking retards ruling a great nation, supported by imbeciles and greater idiots.

The fact is no government in Nigeria as embraced the idea and importance of fighting corruption. Only obasanjo and Buhari tried bt it was all still more of witch-hunting than anything else.

Only strong systems can fight corruption not individuals because of the tendency to favor ur own.

How can the President honour invitation to court...You have never heard of Executive immunity as enshrined in our Constitution?

You should calm down. One one hand you are saying they don't obey Constitution on another hand you are saying the President should honour invitation ( which is against the Constitution actually).

Only the NASS is empowered by the Constitution to summon the President. All these court have no such power based on our Constitution.

If it is him they want, they will have to wait till he leaves office. On the the other hand they should stop including his name's (it's a total waste) and sue the FG...Then the AG of the federation honour the invitation on behalf of the FG

PLAGUED by years of interminable Islamist terrorism, banditry and other unbridled security challenges, Nigeria’s ability to feed its mammoth population is becoming highly questionable. Already, millions of Nigerians are unable to feed like they used to do. Nigeria occupied the 10th position in the 2020 Global Hunger Index where countries like Afghanistan, Haiti and Chad prominently featured among the ten hungriest countries.

THE administration of President Muhammadu Buhari met a decaying health sector after his election in 2015. And most Nigerians believed his government would help fix the sector. The emergence of COVID-19 further re-echoed the necessity for prioritising the health sector, but it appears only a little has changed in a country that parades some of the world’s worst health indices, The ICIR reports.

Where has Buhari succeeded for Nigeria?

what concerns you with Buhari?

What on Earth is this type of question? Are you serious?

Who is the topic of this very thread about?

Do to this country's debt and the lack of funds going into development, does the topic of the thread not bother you? Is 25 billion DOLLARS (not naira) small money?

Are you saying that the office of the president has absolutely no purpose? Then why are we wasting money on him?

Do the actions and inactions of the president and all other politicians at the federal, state and local levels affect me and everyone else or not?

If not, what are these doing in office in the first place?

Why are they being paid with public funds?
