PDP are just waking up, who has been their counsel all this while?
I've been expecting this line of argument at the court to deny APC of all elections won under such illegal arrangement.
I hope this was raised at the tribunal and not just coming up now at the SC.

Oshiomole was there from the south but his fellow brothers pulled him down because they lack foresight.

If you are not a zombie, you should know that the PDP have a point. In law, you can't build something on nothing. We all know the APC violated it's own constitution when Gov Buni was made APC caretaker chairman.

It's like the way Oshiomole submitted Ize-Iyamu's name to INEC as National chairman when he had been expelled as a member of APC in his ward. Ize-Iyamu ordinarily ought not to have contested that election.

Unfortunately PDP is right. There’s a Supreme Court judgement to that effect. I think that APC is ready to sacrifice The white bearded SAN because of his recent troubles for the Nortg and APC.
The only issue I have now is did PDP raise these issues at the tribunal; well I doubt since this is a pre election matter and cannot be raised at the tribunal and court of appeal.

Pdp are not right at all. Did what apc do violate inec electoral laws?

It inec doesn't have a problem, the court won't also have problem. The primaries were supervised by Ince and endorsed by inec. Take a lot at the zamfara case, did apc violate its laws? No but it violated Inec electoral laws which caused the decision to go against apc.
