Quick reminder: even with a good lawyer kanu can't win the case because the allegations are just overwhelming. Even if he win, elzaky has won since last year but he is still in prison.

The next step is to hijack the jail like you did in Imo and free him, Buhari is wicked and na only violence he understand

It is lawless but Kanu's trial is of an international dimension. His repatriation to Nigeria is already causing a storm and the trial will be heavily scrutinised.

What makes me laugh is that some Nigerians think that all is needed to jail Kanu is to play one or two audio of him making verbal threats

I dont think these people realise that if making verbal threats is all that is needed to jail a person, everyone would be in jail

The case has two sides to it, local and international law sides. The FG cannot prove that KANU jumped bail and left the country if they don't prove to the court that kanu was arrested outside, and also disclose the country he was brought in from. Such disclosure on it's own has wide ranging ramifications on the legality of his "arrest".
Lol your really believe this? You can prove he jumped bail by simply posting videos of him doing so. There's no need to even address the arrest.

Protect the bush by giving them illegal firearms?! Assualt war grade riffle that are unregistered?!

That's even more offense,

To capitalise on this, FG would produce videos of Kanu at Ibo World Congress openly soliciting for funds for fire arms,

or his videos or tweets where he asked Ibos to report Security checkpoint accross Ibo land to him, giving his number
That is the proof you need that some people whose parents spent years and lots of money on education willingly submit the remote control to Kanu.

How can any sane person defend illegal firearm and organisation of a private Army by an individual to defend the bush, and still believe a Nigerian court or judge will say weldone, go home? As a minimum if Kanu should make this argument he already bagged 3 years jail term. He can't be as stupid as his followers. He would rather lie and deny any knowledge of ESN and let prosecution sweat to prove his links to the group. He knows there is no consequences to be caught telling lies in Nigeria justice system

Kanu's only hope is to negotiate for a plea bargain with Malami and the government for a light sentence

Why can't you sacrifice one man for peace to reign? Stop making him look like a god. Your primary concern should be how to restore peace in Alaigbo, even if it means sacrificing one man. He's not better than all those who have died for his cause.

100 years with hard labour and the reciting of the Nigerian pledge when he wakes up and just before bed.

That's the deal.

1.Kanu will be thrown in jail( life imprisonment)

2. No media house will near the court, the court case will be done in secret.
don't be too emotional. They are talking about the rule of law , unless if you want to tell the world that this government is lawless. So if you idon't have reasonable thing to contribute just keep shot. Many people come here to learn. People like you are doing the government worst than good by making the Nigerian government look stupid

There is no rule of law for terrorists against the state.

If kanu was in the London and attacked the United states with violent propaganda, he will be arrested and sent to Guantanamo bay in chains

the court of law has not pronounced him a terrorist. He is only charge for terrorist so don't allow your wish to influence your reasoning

IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has his case coming up on the 26th of July. I see two things happening. The federal government will seek to increase the charges against him, and Kanu's defence team are going to seek accelerated hearing, which will likely to be granted as the case is over 5 years old with no headway made. But here are 3 reasons why Kanu is likely to be discharged and acquitted of all charges

1) Acelerated Hearing- It is usually helps the defendant as the pressure will be on prosecution to get their case right. Any delay by the prosecution can result in the case being thrown out of court. One false move could destroy the Prosecution's case, without any time to rectify it

2)Kanu's trial is going to attract a lot of media attention and scrutiny. The trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako, will have to do things by the book or her reputation will be shredded. There will be no room for sentiments. This will not be one of those trials where a biased judge who does not like the face of a defendant, will stretch their power of discretion unduly against the defendant. This case will be based on the evidence put before Justice Nyako, and nothing else

3) I suspect that the main thing the prosecution will do is try to say that Kanu's ESN is responsible for the insecurity in the South East. They will go and dig up Kanu's videos, tweets and broadcasts and try to link him to unknown gun men. Kanu's defence will then bring out videos and tweets of where Kanu has consistently said ESN are not the unknown gunmen. It will be Kanu's word against theirs. If the case of the prosecution is going to be based on the utterances of Kanu on Radio Biafra, the case is almost as good as dead.
All that needs to be done is for the government to strike a deal with captured gunmen to testify against him. But I love your spirit. Inyamuris never give upgrin

Booom!!!

*FG would start producing captured ESN members in court to give testimonies of Kanu's terrorism orders, how he recruited them , trained and armed them to fight Nigerian government

*Evidence gathered at Ikonso's hideout would be presented to the world, phone logs, chats , emails

*For Kenyan Government to detain Kanu for 8 days before his extradition (according to Kanu's Family) Kenya and Interpol have another new case on him, soliciting fire arms, or money laundering to fund terrorism

*Ahmed Gulak that was murdered in Imo State, his family and friends, his relatives plus PDP associates (Atiku, Goodluck Jonathan, Kwankwaso) would gather even more witness and evidence to get Kanu ended permanently

*Nyemsom Wike would produce the arrested ESN members that bombed his father's church, and show the world where Nnamdi Kanu gave a 100 million bounty for who ever kills and deliver his head

*Supreme court Justice Mary Odili from Mbaise Imo State has two axe to grind,

1: Kanu disrupted the peace in her town
2: Kanu disrespected her godsons, Nyemsom
Wike and Hope Uzodinma

.
Were you not the hypocrite attacking me over Sunday Igboho just yesterday??

Ipob boys are known for having silly expectations. Once he is proven guilty, they'll start telling you about an ongoing top-secret Mossad mission to sneak him out of Nigeriagrin

But even a child Knows Namdi Kanu cannot escape this.

The captured gun men will have to tell everyone how Nnamdi Kanu, who was out of the country, gave them instructions.

If Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyers grill the the whoever the government brings, they will be exposed

Theres a problem with that. If an ESN member comes to court and says that he got directive to go and commit terrorism, Kanu's defence team will produce numerous times Kanu said that ESN's job is to protect the bushes from armed killer herdsmen and that the person acted on his own. In that kind of situation, the judge will disegard whatever the ESN person says hearsay
U are deceiving ur self...

If the prosecution can prove that the captured person was part of esn/ugm that terrorised South East, there is nothing Kanu do/ say.

There are more than enough evidence of him inciting violence, soliciting for funds to sponsor terrorism in the country... That in its own is an act of treason under the criminal code... .. Nothing u can say or do

1) And you think that will be an issue? They don't even need to worry themselves about that. Namdi Kanu recorded himself saying he has formed the ESN (under the pretense of fighting herdsmen). That alone is a punishable crime as he has no right to do such and the moment those witnesses show evidence of being ESN members, Kanu is a goner.

2) Namdi Kanu's lawyers won't "expose" anything. You are talking as if we both don't know that they take orders from Kanu.

Lol... Nnamdi Kanu was seen on videos stating that he was the one who established ESN..

The prosecution will surely prove his influence over ipobs in Nigeria based on the fact that he's there supreme leader..

No matter what the defence has to say, Nnamdi Kanu can never be discharged unconditionally..
