If that's what Warner Bros are going with, hahaha, sorry...
It's basically a CW episode. I have seen a replica of this story in the flash season 2 and legends of tomorrow season 1. This has to be fake cause it's too cheap.
We didn't wait 4 years with all the delays to end with something so cheap. A flash origin with the reverse flash would have been better, to introduce the concept of time travel first before dwelling on multiverse.

Considering the kind of story they want to tell, 3 hours would be the right amount. We need to get used to who Barry is, the time travel build up, setting up the multiverse, differentiating his universe from others, introducing other characters and don't forget WB want the CW characters in also.

That's the problem, most of these characters being introduced, we have no idea of. We need to get used to Keaton Batman, Supergirl and the multiverse concept according to the dceu version. You can't do that and still have a great action flick. Wonder woman 84 complaints anyone?

Using doctor strange as example is wrong cause there has been few build ups to it. And don't forget, we already know who Steven strange is and we are connected to the MCU already. We aren't connected to the dceu universe cause we haven't had a great continuity or enough development. Characters that have been developed are just wonder woman and Aquaman. Superman and Batman haven't been that developed, the dceu hasn't been developed compared to the MCU so that comparison is wrong. Having a lot happening in the flash first film without a lengthy runtime would be a bad idea. I see this film seriously underperforming and not living to expectations.

Don't get your hopes up bro. There is a high percentage that you will be disappointed.

BTW, 3 hours movie still gets cut.

The ZSJL was 4 hours long and there were still scenes that were cut.

How many people are used of Tobey maguire's spidey? Or Andrew garfield spidey? Or Netflix Dare devil? Do you think they will give enough time (3 hours +) for others to get used to them in Dr strange2 or Spiderman nwh? We know the answer already.

I don't even think it's flashpoint they are doing. Flashpoint would have been better than this multiverse thing. It's like trying to catch up to marvel again. Flashpoint and time travel would set up a better reboot than merging worlds together or that nonsense. I don't just get the interest in Keaton and bringing into the films the arrowverse world.

You don't get the point. You want to show us a world we haven't seen in 3 decades without a lengthy introduction to it when you haven't developed the existing one?

Dr. Strange is built up in layers, the multiverse is built up by marvel in layers. Loki is building it up, Wanda vision already opened the possibility to it.

And Disney aren't bringing in Maguire Garfield in the first Spiderman film. We already know about Tom whatever his name is Peter Parker. We don't really know who Ezra Miller's flash or Barry Allen is. You haven't developed the main character and you want to develop 4 more in a runtime of 2 hours while creating space for action and fx. I don't expect anything from this movie. It's one dumpster fire I am seeing. I hope I am wrong.
