N Agro with Olevel would trek to their PPA everyday as a result of their sin for not having a certificate. Yeah �

Well the N agro I know doesn't have o level ....they are all graduates except they 've changed the system now. ..They undergo training ,following a manual thst compromises of all aspect of agriculture. They are posted in various agric establishment ..,here in Lagos ...the agency I charge is call Lagos state agric development authority . Beneficiaries , visit farms , act as agric extention staff ...giving them best ways of practicing agriculture . Finding solution to some of their challenges ...Ensure that the report the got from farm visitation are sent to the agric authorities ...at the meeting venue ...all the content of the report will be discussed ...there will be question and answer...at the end attendance is marked and everyone will go home
