Ordered food from chicken republic supposedly, this number was listed on google as the restaurant number. Transferred funds and it’s been hours with no food and no one answering my calls.

Putting this out there to warn.

07017063450 for the rumuokoro chicken republic branch in ph is a scam.
The account number I was given: 7811405331, Wemabank. Joy Anozie. Please don’t fall victim.

The name on the account should have raised red flag. Must be annoying even if it's just chicken change.

The conversation was off and it was obvious this person had no idea what he was saying. Decided to give the benefit of doubt. Checked everywhere too with name and phone number but no scam turned up. Currently sick, unable to move and haven’t eaten since morning so I decided to send the money. But it’s fine. At least no one else should fall victim.
