To build this size of house from start to finish, materials, workmanship and supervision in Asaba, Delta state will cost about N45 - 48m in today's money. Things are very costly now.

This house will be constructed on a land slightly less than the normal 50 x 100 feet land, so the challenge will be on space management, we want to make the best use of the land.

Oh, the adjacent land was paid for the next month by another investor and a new building has commenced on it. I will show the level of construction on that adjacent plot when next I go to site. Lands there are selling like pure water on a very hot day.

We had cast the concrete stairs of this second floor on Saturday, we are now set to start the concrete cast of the decking slab today.......
