Good day everyone. This is my first time of posting on this platform. I will really appreciate if the doctors in the house can help me on this issue.

Few months ago I shaved my private part the following morning I saw something like bump. I tried pressing it thinking it was boil as a result of the shaving, yet nothing came out. This growth is painless, I applied acne cream yet it did not go. I even use my nail to cut some part out, yet its still there.

Due to the painless nature I didn't put my mind to it. But recently I became bordered about it, maybe I needed to take some drugs or visit somebody. The location made it look awkward to show anybody. Since this is a faceless forum, hence my post.

Pls, is there anything wrong with me or do I need to use any drug.

Put salt in a very warm water then use it to clean the place, do it twice a day.
