I got an MTN sim from my friend yesterday but the problem is that whenever I tried calling other numbers,the customer support always tells me "The number you are calling have been barred from receiving calls". Whereas if I try calling the number with my first sim the call connects.And secondly,there is no data in the sim,but the sim browses fine.
please is there anything wrong with the sim?

Explain better cause I don’t understand, you dial another number with the Mtn sim and it’s telling you the number have been barred from receiving calls, you are using the number to call not receive na? I don’t get

yeah if I try making a call,the voice will tell me the number I'm trying to call has been barred.

Then the problem is with the number you are calling not the nUmber you are using to make the call

it's either the sim pin-1 or pin-2 is blocked
