My phone has refused to charge since on Saturday. Even when it charges, it's extremely slow. Initially I thought it was the charger but I used the adapter for my sister's phone and it charged. This phone is not up to 5 months Old. What could be wrong.

It's mostly likely the battery check for swelling around the phone, does the battery drain fast as well?.

I noticed the battery is not as strong as it used to be. I can't find a way to open the phone. It's Oukitel C21.

Change the changing Port and buy new USB cord ....it work for me

That was what I suspected. My previous phone had that fault. I worked on the port and it started working.

If you have a 1 year warranty they can fix for you, hope it's still clean and in good shape

try taking it to carlcare for a fix
