4TH POINT- Colossians 3:5- Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry

Here is why masturbation is not a sin
From the first and second scriptures above, it explains the laws which you must obey as Christians.
1. Thou shall not Fornicate: As seen here, the Lord values our body and how we use it on this earth.
For His hatred on Fornication, the Lord devised an alternative which is marriage
{But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband (1 Corinthian 7:2). }
2. Thou shalt not comit adultery: (From the second point) Even as our Father has devised an alternative for us which is marriage, He has also directed us not to involve in sexual activities outside our marriage bed.
Context
From the first part of this lesson, you've understood what God despises as sexual sin, which is Fornication
and adultery.
Now, what justifies the fact that masturbation isn't a sin?
From the 3rd point above you'll understand that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has committed a sexual sin... Now, if you masturbate, there's high chance that you don't have a strong sexual desire towards the actress; you just probably want to satisfy yourself and get on with your life.
So I ask, where have you sinned?
The fact you think our heavenly father wants us to suffer is the reason why you're still suffering. You can't pray after you masturbated, but I bet you, you can't also pray when you have a full belly. Consider it that way.
Life is not that difficult. I mean it gets easier if you accept yourself and follow the Laws of the Holy book just as it is. Don't complicate things by trying to manipulate laws to suit your selfish interest.

- If you have an over zealous love over something, probably a game console, or alcohol and it makes you miss Church then you have "Inordinate affection" over earthly things.
-Please abolish evil thoughts against your neighbors today and you might be free from "evil concupiscence"
- Not everything you see, you'll have an inordinate affection to acquire. "Covetiousness" isn't worth it.
One thing you must learn to do is to follow the Laws of the Bible just the way it is. Don't complicate anything to avoid the after result which can be depression, badluck, etc...

Honestly this topic on masturbation isn't even worth it. In an attempt to save people from depression, it might draw them far away from God, because at last, conscience is greater than belief.
Masturbation wouldn't stop me from praying, but it might affect you because your conscience wouldn't let you.

Take my advise; to me, I only pray in the morning when I've not had my breakfast. The moment I eat, I've lost the zeal to pray. No, food isn't a sin, but my conscience wouldn't let me pray with a full belly. So if your conscience will prick you when you masturbate, even though it's not a sin, please abstain from it. Anything that'll take you away from God is not worth it.

no I don't masturbate always. I am either busy with business, studies or people... I used to be a dedicated masturbator in 2019 (like 2 faps every week)...
Now, in 2019 whenever I masturbate I always feel guilty. I even checked scriptures and I saw where God condemned fornication and adultery or any form of such. Now why did I feel guilty then? When you began masturbation, your conscience always pricked you, cos the Holy Spirit was working on you , now you don't feel any guilt anymore, cos the Holy Spirit has stopped pricking your conscience , but you wouldn't realise this before it's too late.

The Holy Spirit still wants to get you back but you're hardening your heart.
