For some times now, the southern governors have been meeting to discuss issues that affects the south in the present day nigeria.

First was the southern governors meeting in Asaba where a ban was placed on open grazing of cattles, then just few days ago another was held in Lagos which among other outcome calls for zoning of the office of the president to the south come 2023.

One common observation is the conspiqous absence of Sen.(Prof.) Ben Ayade, the executive governor of Cross River State, not even his deputy or any representative from the state.

This action of Ayade (if confirm to be true) will affect the state in no small means.

Governor Ayade has always been a fulani ass licker from day one , his decamping was just making it official.

Show me a picture of Ayade in any meeting with south south governors ever since he was elected governor.

He is always sending his deputy.
I think he's afraid of the "pose for pictures" after the meeting, which will show Nigerians how short he is.

Anyway, trust politicians to your hurt. Even if the swore at Okija Shrine, they will still detour when a waiver is placed on the table

IMO state governor was also absent in the meeting

Cross river has nothing to offer the north, we are only interested in imo state.
