A friend that works there told me that those that don't receive the mail are the ones they will select. What I ask him to find out, though, is if there will be another screening or is it straight employment.

I got a text and a mail for an interview yesterday which is to hold today.

After which I got a call from them asking if I could make it to the interview today. I said no I can't, cos it's impromptu.

I later got another email for an interview via zoom.

The DTR role is a marketing role and pay is 100k but after tax and other deduction your take home should be around 80 - 90k. This is coming from a staff with PHED.
