The first thing I would do is transform our education system. It currently is not designed to solve our problems and should be.

The second would be to require all religious institutions to pay tithe of at least 10% or show they are spending that amount on social issues regardless of religion of the beneficiaries. I will also pay for publishing the Bible and Quran as one book and give a copy to every Nigerian because intelligent people can not live by only one book but by every book of the Gods. Besides, you must not be ignorant about your neighbours beliefs or you will find it difficult to love them.

Third would be a revision of revenue sharing. Each state will keep a large percentage of the revenue they generate. I will however set up an auditing commission to check how much you earned and what it is spent on because I will demand tax at up to half of what is generated and reserve the right to take it all if not spent properly.

Fourth would be light. I will want to say "Let there be Light in Nigeria", so first, government buildings that do not pay their electric bill will be cut off. No free lunch for you! Second, would be a let there be light competition for universities with scholarship for light people. Third, solar! God already gave us light, we must just rule over our ignorance and enjoy God's gift. This will involve grants to houses that need to modify their roof to put solar panel on it because the brown roofs in my state are not suitable!

Fifth, and sorry my people, but Sharia Court will be introduced for politicians who are found to be corrupt. If China can execute corrupt officials, so will I.

And finally, homosexuality and lesbianism is no more going to be a crime! If people want to fuq each others poo that is their business so long as no fuqing is done on the streets to scare the little people. Discrimination against people for who they fuq will be a crime and will be severely dealt with along with discriminating against people for their religion, tribe, race, color, sex, gender, location, age, etc.

Now, this has been written on the hoof, and a proper buda manifesto will be written in consultation with my executive council that will be made up of intelligent Nairalanders regardless of religion, tribe, race, color, sex, gender, location, age, etc. But from the above, I am certain you'd agree that buda would not likely be the sort of person you would accept to preside over you, sadly.

Oh! One more thing. I am scrapping NYSC! Employers exploit you as cheap labour and hardly ever offer you a job at the end, and it is the reason that wages are so low!

If employers want you they must pay you what you are worth instead of government distorting the employment market by providing them with cheap labour!
