The Structure of the Building is like the Skeleton and Flesh of the Body. The Finishes is like the Makeup. Some home owners will be shouting to high heavens that the quality of concrete is too much "Why dont you use local reinforcement and less cement?" They will ask. Yet they will buy Curved TV of 3.9 Million. But will be arguing that columns (pillars) are much. 1 pillar is not even up to 10k I know one client that called me from one Asian country. He went to give his project to his brother. Because he trusts him more and his prices are half my prices. The guy used filling sand to cast concrete. And after roofing the slabs collapsed. To correct a badly done job, I charge higher than doing it right from the scratch. I want to correct an impression:- for the fact that the concrete surface is not as smooth as marine plywood finish, doesn't mean it's not stronger. Planks cant give finish like plywood. But if you can pay the cost of marine plywood, then we use it. But the strength of concrete is based on many factors including the quantity of cement, how well graded the granite is, mixing method, quantity of water etc 4 Likes 1 Share

Lanrelagboi: Serious government will maintain sanity, by the side of Post office, a building is going on, same with Lewis street, Obalende, Holloway blocking the road, after LABSCA officers has cashed out. |
