Banning ip is not that easy.. Firstly if he is using Mac laptop, the ip are mostly rotational..

And the guy is definitely using vpn to register on NL cos he once complained of not been able to create new monikers.

NL needs just one mods dedicated for him alone, if he is unable to create numerous monikers at once, even if he did, they can use just one of the monikers to trace the rest, he won't last for one month
