As our preseason officially commences, I will like to see the following young players play active roles in the preseason. M. Azeez, C. Patino, F. Balogun, Omari Hutchinson, A. Okonkwo, T. Bola, B. Cottrell and while he played U-18 last season, I want to see Kido Taylor Hart because this kid is special. #COYG |

No one imagined this treatment for our boy. Infact most believe he was going to be a benchwarmer. But its actually Sancho and Grealish that are doing that, and he's carrying goal threat well with runs behind defences. Bukayo Saka. Lesson: No be by name before tournament abeg. If you still choose to toe such line in consequent football tourneys then ya an ignoramus. Tactics will always tilt such analogy away. Sidenote: Why is Pep Guardiola whispering behind Saka? ![]()

daveP:dey careful dey shake dat table were I dey abeg. ![]() Not that I didn't think saka was not good enough to start tho, I just thought he's below the pecking order, especially since he's the last name (I think) to be called up to the tournament. I'm really happy for him wella and I hope he wins it along with his teammates. Sha, I jejely carry my L both on saka not seeing automatic starts and Southgate proving me wrong in going far |

Roland17:I hope so too. Esp balogun and azeez for possible integration to the first team. I still don't know why we Bought runnarson wen we suppose give that opportunity to okonkwo to grow. Same approach we did and lost Martinez |

Jodera:I have always believed in the lad, I called out mumugate when he used Bellingham in the first game and saka didn't get a shot in 2 games. Saka is our most prized asset at the moment 70m or nothing he's just 19 abeg ![]() |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iamoyindamola(m): 6:12am On Jul 09, 2021 |
Jodera:Add moller, honestly I don't see anything wrong in selling our old CFS then integrate our youngsters. Chelsea did it during their transfer ban |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 6:35am On Jul 09, 2021 |
iamoyindamola:Lol... All the club needs is 50m plus and they'll start to dance ![]() But to be honest, 70m small. He's 19, he's very versatile and creative coupled with English overpriced nature. If Brighton could call 50m for White and we're submitting bid, wetin come be 70m? ![]() |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 6:44am On Jul 09, 2021 |
iamoyindamola:Lol... Everything is wrong oo. Abraham had stints with Aston Villa and I think Swansea before leading Chelsea line. Even Mount saw first team football at Holland and I think Germany too.. We just throwing in Moller and Balogun to lead our line na big recipe for disaster, cos we no even get good scoring wingers or midfielders to cover up their learning process. That's why I just feel we should sell lacazette and keep Auba so that we can integrate in balogun. Then by next season Balogun will be ready. Then we'll do same for Moller too next season (or we take him out to loan). But all these is just dependent on lacazette sale I swear. Cos if lacazette is still present, tbh I don't think balogun will see much playing time except if Arteta promotes balogun over laca in pecking order |

Jodera: ![]() Pecking order o Bench o Spectator o All join, na synonyms sha. Well Its Honourable accepting L. ![]() Personally, i felt he would even start from LB. Foden still has a lot to learn and so does Sancho. Sterling himself is amazed at the kind of player Saka is(He plays with Foden and knows Foden well, but that look is proof) Just the same way everyone else in the Afcon 2014 team were big guns, but it was a quiet and New Sunday Mba that gave us that shot at Glory for Nigeria. (I wish his career was the best of that set though, but) I hope Arteta gives Saka enough rest this season coming, at least a month. We don't want stories that touch. That boy workrate needs adequate rest and personal physio attention.

iamoyindamola:This your price tag na better see finish If saka was playing for man united by now his market value would have skyrocketed to £120million. Remember that he had a very great season where he was named player of the season for his club. |
