vasel15:there was operation python dance in SE due to the rising agitation by u ipob piglets. Its not uncommon that they won't visit NK house and if u try to engage them, they have been given a go ahead order by the commander in chief of armed forces to eliminate every bad eggs, ipob tried to resist them using bottles and sticks, they had to show u piglets whose in charge. Their actions is justifiable and is better than what OBJ did to Odi, u don't have a case here, Buhari is in charge and have constitutional right to eliminate seccesion group and nothing will happen. Stop crying, the govt has right to kill NK right now and no law will hold them, u better know ur limit as a citizen and not to talk trash |

You start off by addressing everyone as fools? That you are fighting for secession doesn't have to make you uncouth and mannerless, but why would anyone expect better from a pupil when the teacher is no better? The relevant questions to ask are: 1. Why would an accused who is out on bail break the rules of his bail by being in the company of more than 10people? 2. Why would an individual who is out on bail for treason proceed to set up a BSS that he is not constitutionally allowed to do? 3. Why would an accused who had been flagrantly abusing the conditions set for his bail, command his supporters that if he is arrested upon his return to court in Abuja, they should ensure by sworn oath to his command to burn down the country? 4. Why would an accused promise his supporters that when he goes to Abuja for his next court appointment, he will return with the head of Buhari? 5. Why would the Nigerian Army not effect a security operation in the same area the accused had criminally established the BSS, with a mission to dismantle such criminal organisation? Did the accused not also promise then that any military found in the area would not depart alive? 6. Why would the supporters of the accused engage the Nigerian Army on lawful duty, who were peacefully patrolling the area of the accused, and same supporters provided the pictures and videos of their successful attack on the military and gloated all over social media? 7. Did you then expect the Nigerian military not to return the next day, fully prepared now knowing the terrorists they were dealing with? Can you provide a civilised response to any of the factual points I have tabled? Whoever wants Biafra or any other secession from Nigeria, can only do so with the constitutional authority that is confered by democratic representation. If you do not hold political authority to make demands on behalf of anyone, then you are just a social organisation, and your leadership is a leadership of just that organisation's members. So as I always ask, if Nnamdi Kanu is not constitutionally recognised as a political leader of the people he claims to represent, seeing that they already have democratic and political representation, must he force himself on the people and does he not know the democratic route to attain constitutional leadership? And if IPOB as a social organisation cannot lobby the politicians from that region to buy into the secession goals of IPOB, must IPOB insist it must have its way and by what authority? No recent breakaway state of any former country or ongoing secession attempts all over the world is being led by a social organisation outside of the political leadership of the constitutional representatives of the people of that region, except of course IPOB. |

Seun and Mynd44 would never push this type of topic to their front page, topic with real questions against injustice but if it's a bad story about biafra or kanu they wild quickly push it for traffic because they know nairaland is a den of igbo haters.. This is why kanu always talk about yoruba media nairaland included, you can't control my mind, I would keep on asking the right questions |

vasel15:there is no court order, Buhari has constitutional right to eliminate a seccesion group and no court, not even the supreme court can take those powers from him, incase u don't know, we have three arms of govt, Buhari alone is one of the arms and his words is final, court can't EASILY stop PMB from carrying out his executive powers that is why court couldn't do anything on Odi massacre, u feel u have right doesnt mean u can abuse it cos it could be used against u in the law court and Executive, Judiciary and legislative arm of govt nai go still reason ur matter. |
