Kanu jumping bail is not his only offence, while he jumped the bail, he refused to come back and answer for his crimes showing he planned it all out and not because the army was seen in his premises.

Keep that aside, he decide to divide a sovereign nation after jumping bail and seccesion is a very serious offence in Nigeria, ona never know wetin deh come ona way

NK was seen granting interview, and when asked if it wouldn't put him in trouble, NK said "I don't care" u may say he refused to come to court because army invaded his home but that is just less than 10% of NK crimes, even if he wins that case, they will still nail him

Did the Army ever make any claim that it wanted to arrest Kanu? The Army simply pursued its attackers to the very source of the attack. It is a response that need not be mandated by the court.

Also, must every arrest emanate from a Judge?

Did a Judge order his maiden arrest at the hotel in Lagos before he was presented in court?

Must a Judge mandate his arrest for criminally setting up a security outfit?

If he was fingered in any crime while on bail for another matter, must the security services wait for a court order to effect the arrest for that new offence?
