Ipob are illiterate, International court of justice don't entertain individual cases, Only States are eligible to appear before the Court in contentious cases. The Court has no jurisdiction to deal with applications from individuals, non-governmental organizations, corporations or any other private entity. It cannot provide them with legal advice or help them in their dealings with national authorities.

On the point that Kanu was not in the possession of his Nigeria passport, he shouldn't be likewise his British passport because it was all seized from him in 2017 and the British government need to explain to the world how he got another one when they know that the one he has was seized by Nigeria government. The action of the British government to issue another passport to a criminal whom they were aware was standing trial in Nigeria when his passport was seized is illegal and a spite to Nigeria, Nigeria will hence not care to spite the British government if it's necessary to rearrest Kanu.

That Kanu has denied his citizenship of Nigeria but stays in another country to launch a terrorist attacks against Nigeria makes him an international criminal and that gives Nigeria every right to arrest him, bring him to Nigeria to face the law just like Hushpuppi in USA.

For the British government to be giving coverage to a criminal whom they well know is carrying out terrorist activities against a country in the commonwealth makes them culpable.

Go and check the objective and aims of ICJ and ICC. Nnamdi kanu has no right to take Nigeria or Kenya to ICC because The International Criminal Court is an international court established to investigate, prosecute and try individuals such as kanu, Osama bin laden, sadan etc who where accused of committing the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole, namely the crime of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes etc.
